According to Stocktwits news, the week’s rally was ignited by rumors on the Betaville M&A blog and reinforced by a positive EU regulatory opinion for lead drug OJEMDA. Servier’s formal bid on Friday validates the firm’s 181% annual prescription growth and provides a "best-case" exit for shareholders as the deal moves toward a Q2 2026 close. While legal firms are initiating standard fiduciary investigations into the sale price, the acquisition effectively cements $DAWN as the cornerstone of Servier’s 2030 rare oncology ambition. 💊
