Santa Claus Rally Arrives Right On Time… 🎅 

The fabled Santa Claus rally came to town on time, with today kicking off what is among the most bullish trading days of the year.

Stat master Ryan Detrick shared a chart showing returns during this period have been notably positive over the last 75 years. And he points out that with last year’s returns negative during this period, a second straight year of coal would be rare…as it’s only happened twice since 1950. 🎄 

While most investors have left the office for the rest of the week (or possibly year), those looking to squeeze some additional alpha out of the market are betting on further upside. As for what they’re trading? Anything with enough news (or rumors) to drive prices, like those in small-cap and crypto land.
