📈 Momentum Movers

This week’s board mixed fresh deal momentum, AI infrastructure, and one biotech data setup.

$ERAS ( ▼ 0.94% ) : Erasca, jumped 14 spots to #6: This week’s top dawg slipped -0.9% but held a +327% YTD gain. Erasca will discuss its cancer pipeline at Morgan Stanley on Sept. 15, with updated ERAS-0015 trial data due in November. Risk: The thesis still rests on early-stage clinical results.

$REAX ( ▲ 9.44% ) : Real REMAX Group, new at #1: Shares climbed +9.4% after Real closed its $880M RE/MAX combination and B. Riley raised its post-consolidation target to $65. Risk: The combined company must absorb RE/MAX and service a new $550M term loan.

$MXL ( ▲ 7.54% ) : MaxLinear, climbed five spots to #5: The chipmaker gained +7.5% as management took its AI storage and data-center connectivity pitch to two investor conferences. Risk: Arbitration over the terminated Silicon Motion merger still carries potential damages.

$BAND ( ▲ 10.17% ) : Bandwidth, slipped four spots to #13: The cloud communications stock jumped +10.2%, but faster names pushed it down the board. Voice AI demand and recent investor meetings kept the growth pitch moving. Risk: Its $275M convertible-note sale created another potential source of dilution.

$KOS ( ▲ 2.72% ) : Kosmos Energy, climbed two spots to #19: Shares gained +2.7% as crude broke above $100 and Middle East attacks threatened more supply. Risk: Kosmos lowered its 2026 production range after selling assets, leaving the rally increasingly dependent on oil prices.

Next week’s swing factor: The Fed’s Sept. 16 rate decision will hit the board’s real estate, biotech, and growth names at once.
