Monday 🛢️: Crude climbed after renewed U.S.-Iran strikes, and inflation fears pushed stocks lower. California utilities collapsed after lawmakers left wildfire liabilities uncapped. Tim Cook signed off after 15 years running Apple, handing the top job to hardware chief John Ternus.
Tuesday 💣 : Stocks fell as fresh U.S.-Iran strikes sent crude above $90 and revived inflation fears. Dell blew past estimates and raised its AI-server forecast to $74B. Apple handed the keys from Tim Cook to John Ternus after a 2,274% shareholder run.
Wednesday 🐂: Buyers pushed through the U.S.-Iran headlines and carried the Dow above 53,000. Snowflake ripped after hours on a beat and raise. Broadcom beat too, but its revenue forecast gave sellers enough to work with.commencing with a green, low volume day.
Thursday 🚀: Stocks climbed off their lows and finished near session highs as megacap tech carried the market. Bitcoin cleared $80,000 and lit up Strategy and Robinhood. Nvidia bought Hugging Face, then Lululemon spoiled the after-hours mood with another weak outlook.
Friday 🥵: Stocks split after the hot jobs report revived September rate-hike bets. Tesla’s Cybercab rollout ran straight into federal scrutiny. Memory stocks ripped, and Lululemon’s tariff refund could not hide a rough quarter.
